Achievements |
After 32 years in business, advertising, marketing, broadcasting and research, Wayne founded GURU partners in 2003. The single objective of this company is “to identify and satisfy the needs and objectives of our clients, from their point of view, profitably.”
When asked about why he founded GURU Partners, Wayne responded, “It’s not often that someone gets to live their dream. So many people are trapped in corporate America or in situations where they find themselves stifled through fear of loss or bureaucracies that crush innovation and creativity. After years of working in corporate America, I decided to do what I love…full time…for you and your company. My love is to work with people and companies that when we are successful, we change people’s lives. We pay for cars, college educations and vacations. Nothing makes me happier than to watch our clients businesses grow. And they do. Wayne is a co-author of a training series on successful selling with his business partner, Kevin Kiechler, as well as a noted sales trainer and speaker.
